Maurice has been in the Banking and Real Estate industry for over 30 years, since graduating from Pepperdine with an MBA, specializing in negotiations and contracts. He was awarded a certification in Financial Planning at UCLA.

He worked for Fannie Mae as a regional underwriting supervisor and then as a Senior Loan Officer for the leading major private bank in the area: Citibank, Chase Manhattan, Bank of America and Wells Fargo. He has a thorough knowledge of the Real Estate lending industry from years of experience.

He has also trained and has become one of Los Angeles leading Buyer’s Agents and is an active member of the National Association of Realtors, California Association of Realtors, the Southland Regional Association Realtors and the Combined L.A./Westside Multiple Listing Service.
